What you will do
- Manage requirements across sales, operations, credit and support functions
- Source, screen and present qualified candidates within agreed timelines
- Build talent pipelines for recurring BFSI roles
- Coordinate interviews and offer processes with clients and candidates
What we are looking for
- 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience with BFSI exposure
- Familiarity with volume and lateral hiring
- Strong candidate engagement skills
